1. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid, unexpired driver's license. The license must be in good standing and issued by a recognized authority. International renters must present a valid passport and, in some cases, an international driver’s permit.
All additional drivers must meet the same eligibility requirements and must be physically present during the rental process to sign the rental agreement. The renter assumes full responsibility for any actions of additional drivers.
2. Vehicle Availability
Skyride Auto Services makes every effort to provide the vehicle selected at the time of reservation. However, vehicle availability is subject to supply and operational conditions.
In the event that a reserved vehicle is unavailable, the Company reserves the right to offer a comparable vehicle at the same rate. If a comparable vehicle is unavailable, the renter will have the option to reschedule their rental or receive a full refund.
3. Rental Duration and Extension
- The minimum rental period is 7 days. Shorter rental periods may be accommodated at the Company’s discretion and may incur additional fees.
- If you wish to extend the rental period, you must notify the Company at least 24 hours before the scheduled return time for approval.
- Unauthorized extensions or failure to return the vehicle on time will result in late return fees, calculated on a daily basis.
- If the renter fails to communicate an extension and does not return the vehicle, the Company reserves the right to report the vehicle as stolen.
4. Maintenance
- Skyride Auto Services ensures that all vehicles are well-maintained, roadworthy, and in good working condition prior to rental.
- Renters are responsible for checking and reporting any existing damage or mechanical issues before leaving the rental lot.
- Any issues arising during the rental period must be reported immediately to the Company. Failure to report issues in a timely manner may result in liability for damages.
- Renters are responsible for basic vehicle upkeep, such as refueling, maintaining proper tire pressure, and keeping the vehicle clean.
5. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and potential additional charges:
a) Smoking Policy – Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.
b) Restricted Uses – The rented vehicle must not be used for:
- Illegal activities (drug transport, smuggling, etc.).
- Off-road driving, including unpaved roads or rugged terrain.
- Racing, speed tests, or reckless driving.
- Towing, pushing, or hauling any object or vehicle.
c) Vehicle Modifications – Renters are not allowed to alter, modify, or tamper with the vehicle in any way (e.g., removing seats, applying decals, or changing tires).
d) No Standing or Jumping – Renters are strictly prohibited from standing on or jumping on the vehicle.
e) Pets – Pets are not allowed in the vehicle unless prior approval is obtained. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
6. Accidents and Damages
- In the event of an accident, theft, or damage to the vehicle, renters must notify Skyride Auto Services immediately and file an incident report.
- The renter is responsible for obtaining police reports, witness statements, and any necessary documentation related to the incident.
- Renters are fully liable for any damages, loss, or theft of the vehicle unless covered under an optional damage waiver or insurance policy.
- Failure to report accidents or damages will be considered a breach of contract and may result in legal action.
7. Payment
Skyride Auto Services provides flexible payment options without requiring a credit card. Accepted payment methods include:
- Cash
- Cash App
- Zelle
- Apple Pay
- Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
A security deposit may be required at the time of rental. The deposit will be refunded upon the vehicle’s return, provided there are no damages, violations, or outstanding balances.
8. Breach of Contract
Violation of any of the stated terms and conditions may result in:
- Immediate termination of the rental agreement.
- Loss of the security deposit.
- Additional charges for damages, late returns, cleaning fees, or unauthorized use.
- Legal action, if necessary, to recover any financial losses incurred by the Company.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rental takes place.
- Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration, as per local regulations.
- The renter agrees to waive their right to a trial by jury and to settle disputes through an arbitrator.
10. Refund Policy
At Skyride Auto Services, we aim to provide a fair and transparent refund policy:
- Full Refund – Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund – Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental rate.
- No Refunds – Refunds will not be provided for:
- Early returns or unused rental days.
- Cancellations made after the scheduled pickup time.
- Renters who fail to show up without prior notice.

11. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By renting a vehicle from Skyride Auto Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Failure to comply with any of the policies stated above may result in financial penalties, legal action, or restriction from future rentals.
