Renters must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and must be present during the rental process.
While we make every effort to ensure availability, specific models may not be available at all times. The Company reserves the right to provide a comparable vehicle at the same rate if the reserved vehicle is unavailable.
The minimum rental period is 7 days. If you wish to extend the rental period, you must contact the Company for approval. Late returns are subject to additional fees.
The Company ensures vehicles are well-maintained and in good working condition. Renters are responsible for reporting any issues or maintenance concerns immediately to the Company.
a. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
b. The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, off-road driving, racing, or towing.
c. Renters may not alter or modify the vehicle in any way.
d. Pets are not allowed in the vehicle without prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.
In the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle, renters must notify the Company immediately to complete an incident report.
We provide various payment options to accommodate your needs without the requirement of a credit card. The Company accepts various payment methods, including Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, ApplePay, major credit cards and debit cards. A security deposit may be required at the time of rental and will be refunded upon the vehicle's safe and satisfactory return.
Violation of these terms and conditions may result in the termination of the rental agreement, loss of deposit, and additional fees or charges at the Company's discretion.
This agreement is subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rental takes place. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

At Skyride Auto Services, we strive to provide a transparent and customer-friendly refund policy for our car rental services. We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. Please review the following refund policy guidelines:
1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee, equivalent to one day's rental rate.
3. No refunds will be provided for early returns or unused rental days.
